About this course

This 3-day immersion is a condensed introduction to our full 6-month online programme (click here for details in Spanish).

Here, we’ll give you:
✔ A high-level overview of the science behind our methods.
✔ Practical takeaways to start testing on your farm immediately.
✔ A clear roadmap of how deeper study (through the full course) can transform your approach.

Think of this as both a taster and a toolkit—you’ll leave with actionable insights to trial, while understanding where this knowledge comes from and how to deepen it.

“You won’t learn everything in 3 days… but you’ll learn enough to begin.”

Why this course is different

Most training programmes focus on teaching you what to do. We start by explaining why it works, covering the biological, chemical, and microbiological principles behind agriculture.

You won’t find generic recipes here. You’ll learn the scientific principles to:

  • Design your own solutions tailored to your soil, climate, and crops.
  • Reduce costs by working with specific microbiology rather than inefficient commercial products.
  • Make decisions based on science, not trends or marketing.

Before you prepare even a litre of plant extract, you’ll understand what happens in the soil, the plant, and the ecosystem so you can apply techniques with precision.

What you can learn to do yourself

If you’d like to have the real ability to solve problems in your crops without waiting for someone else’s advice…

If you want more solutions and real tools, based on science, to find answers, even to problems the industry still hasn’t solved…

And if you’d like to work with a technology that gives you more tools than you’ll even have time to apply in a single season…

If you’ve ever felt like you depend too much on technicians, products or ready-made protocols and that no one understands your crops better than you…

¡This course is for you!

What you’ll learn

1. Process-based agriculture: beyond products

  • How to activate natural processes that nourish, defend, and regulate your crops.
  • The role of biochemical pathways, hormonal signals, and secondary metabolites in plant responses.
  • Why it matters: without understanding these processes, any treatment is just a temporary fix.

2. Soil microbiology & targeted fermentations

  • How to select, cultivate, and apply specific microorganisms (Bacillus, Pseudomonas, LAB) based on your crop’s needs.
  • Techniques to assess microbial biodiversity and optimise conditions (pH, oxygen, temperature).
  • Why it matters: generic microbial brews are ineffective. Using adapted strains improves results and cuts costs.

3. Metabolomics & science-backed plant extracts

  • How to choose plants based on their secondary metabolites (hormones, enzymes, antifungals, biostimulants).
  • Methods to produce functional extracts that genuinely influence crop growth and defence.
  • Why it matters: metabolites are the plant’s “language”. If you know how to use them, you can manage pests, stress, and flowering.

4. Designing smart protocols

  • How to plan strategic applications based on crop phenology, weather, and observed symptoms.
  • Why it matters: applying products without a plan keeps you dependent. A well-designed protocol gives you control and adaptability.

5. Scientific interpretation + real-world case studies

  • How to translate scientific research into practical farm strategies.
  • Analysis of real cases:
    • Reducing persistent pests without pesticides.
    • Restoring compacted soils using local ferments.
    • Improving yields through biostimulation.
  • Why it matters: interpreting data lets you innovate without relying on advisors or commercial products.

Tangible outcomes

By the end, you’ll know how to:

  • Understand the real workings of soil, plants, and microbiota to make precise decisions.
  • Design custom treatments instead of depending on expensive inputs.
  • Validate techniques scientifically, avoiding trial and error.
  • Cut costs and improve crop quality with fewer agrochemicals.

We won’t give you recipes. We’ll teach you to think, observe, and act with scientific reasoning.

📌 Everything we teach is backed by:

  • Up-to-date scientific literature.
  • Results from more than 120 hectares (17 crop types) without agrochemicals.

📌 You’ll learn:

  • The theory behind each technique (including biochemical fundamentals).
  • How to replicate scientific trials on your farm (measuring foliar responses, tracking symptom progression, etc.).

Stop applying methods blindly. Understand the science and take control of your farming.
